NOTE: Payment through ePayPolicy does NOT constitute payment to your insurance company or finance company. We must have reasonable time to process the payment to the carrier after we receive the payment through ePayPolicy. If you are concerned if a payment has been applied, we strongly encourage you to call our office and confirm.. The Insurance Market LLC and/or DeMasters Insurance is not responsible for any lapse in coverage for any payment made through ePayPolicy.

Make a Payment or File a Claim Directly to your company

If you have a policy through one of these companies, you can go directly to their website to make a payment or file a claim. This is the preferred method, as this will ensure your payment is received by the company. The below list is not an exhaustive list of carriers, so if you do not see your carrier listed, please look at your policy for instructions on claim filing. All agency-billed policies must be paid to our agency, and reasonable time must be allowed for us to process the payment.

NOTE ON PAYMENTS: Making an electronic or phone payment to our agency, the carrier, or the finance company does not automatically, nor does it guarantee, reinstatement of a lapsed policy. There may be additional underwriting information needed, or the carrier may decline to reinstate. Reinstatement is not complete until you receive confirmation from our agency or the carrier in writing. Sometimes there is a lag in payment processing by the carrier or finance company, which is out of our control. Our agency is not responsible for a denied claim due to a cancelled policy.​

NOTE ON CLAIMS: You can always file a claim by calling our office or emailing us; however, we strongly encourage you to file directly with your carrier, as this will ensure timely processing. A claim emailed to our office will not be considered as having fulfilled the First Notice of Loss provisions in your insurance contract, until it is confirmed by the company directly with you. Claim filing information can usually be found on your ID card or the policy itself.
