Please Contact Us for Certificates of Insurance

Thank you for your business! We greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with you on your insurance needs.

Please note that Certificates of Insurance MUST be issued by our office. A Certificate of Insurance is a testament by our agency that your policy is in force as of the date the policy is issued. The Certificate is only good for the day it is issued by our office.

If an old or altered Certificate is used, or if you give someone a blank Certificate, the certificate holder might think the policy is in force when it might not be. The policy might have cancelled due to non-payment, underwriting, or other reasons. This could open you up to legal liability.

Any Certificate of Insurance that is NOT recently issued by us should be considered invalid.

It is the policy of The Insurance Market LLC, and DeMasters Insurance, to not issue blank or sample Certificates of Insurance, nor Certificates in the name of the policyholder.

Please contact our agency for any Certificate requests, including the name and address of the required Certificate holder. If any specific items are needed, such as Additional Insured or Waiver of Subrogation, please note that in the request.

Certificate requests may be emailed to info@the-insurance-market.com. Or you can complete the online request form:

Thank you for your understanding!
